Overview

Director - Project Management & Development, Placing Confidence In Your Business. Our client is an award-winning property developer delivering an iconic mixed-use masterplanned community comprising 2,000 residential apartments. They are looking to strengthen their development team by recruiting a Project Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the project delivery.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual with knowledge of and experience in the mixed-use residential apartment space. They will manage all elements of the project lifecycle, including design, tendering, construction, defects and handover. They will be responsible for budgeting and cost reporting, procurement, contract administration, and managing the external builder and other consultants.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess tertiary qualifications in construction management or a similar field. They must be passionate about working for a developer known for delivering sustainable and innovative communities and for creating a high-performing and supportive team culture. They must be a clear communicator (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
