AtLINK, we specialise in off-the-plan apartment sales for Sydney's leading residential developers. Our mission is to connect buyers with exceptional projects by offering a smarter, more strategic sales experience.

The Role

As a Project Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of the sales journey from enquiry to contract — representing high-quality off-the-plan apartment developments across Sydney.

You'll be based between our Rosebery office and display suites, working closely with a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets, while delivering a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell off-the-plan apartments across a portfolio of residential projects
• Manage and convert leads throughHubSpot CRM
• Conduct display suite appointments, inspections, and buyer consultations
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to optimise sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with buyers, developers, and key stakeholders
• Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance and buyer activity
• Represent LINK at project launches, VIP events, and weekend openings

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in residential property sales (off-the-plan preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and self-motivation
• CRM proficiency — HubSpot experience highly regarded
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
• Willingness to work weekends and some after-hours events
