We're home to LiSTNR, a popular audio-on-demand platform that offers over 500 podcasts, including hit shows like Hamish & Andy, The Howie Games, and It's a Lot with Abbie Chatfield. As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
Job OverviewThis permanent position will see you working as a key member of our LiSTNR Sport team based in Melbourne. You'll be responsible for managing at least one major podcast, overseeing other original sports podcasts, and ensuring all content meets business requirements before publishing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage episode planning, guest booking, pre-interviews, host briefings, recording, post-production, and distribution for multiple podcasts
- Book and manage studio and podcaster recording sessions, editing podcast episodes as required
- Collaborate with SCA social media, marketing, PR, and radio teams to promote podcasts successfully
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in producing content for online, radio, or television platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in narrative construction, creative storytelling, and audio visual content creation
- Experience collaborating with on-air talent, managing teams, and adapting style/output to optimize results
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts
We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from AU$70,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth and progression within our 52 offices across Australia. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
