About the Role:

As a Contract Support Coordinator with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and business support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to the Contract Support team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage absence reporting, holiday tracking, and timesheet processing
  • Collate and process expenses and provide training to the team
  • Maintain people records, including training, inductions, and notification of new starters and leavers
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
  • Assist in compiling Site/Area Monthly Contract Review Packs and attend monthly meetings
  • Order materials, parts, and PPE
  • Plan maintenance visits for technicians and sub-contractors
  • Become a system champion for Pronto and My Supplier
  • Support the Work Order Specialist with planning and scheduling works
  • Drive PPM and reactive performance through engagement with the engineering team and service partners
  • Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems
