About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Global Finance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage phone calls, meeting room bookings, and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Enhance visitors' experience by engaging in welcoming conversations and ensuring safety and security protocols are adhered to.
  3. Create an inviting atmosphere by maintaining clean and organized spaces, and addressing any issues promptly.
  4. Be the ambassador of comfort and provide support to colleagues and clients alike.
  5. Perform daily floor walks and facilities inspections, and prepare reports as required.
  6. Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
  7. Assist in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals, and raising Purchase Orders.
  8. Ensure Work Health & Safety guidelines are followed, and monthly safety observations are recorded.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
