About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Customer Service representative.

The company develops beautiful, high-performance interior acoustics and industrial products with a goal of creating inspiring products for spaces where people come together to work, learn and live.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working across various projects, and assisting the sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with bespoke projects and contribute to growth
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Confident with software and systems, including Excel
