Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer-facing team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers via chat.

Your primary goal will be to provide personalized attention to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. To achieve this, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Portuguese.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner via chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Respond to customer inquiries in both English and Portuguese, with fluency in both languages
  • Maintain accurate customer data and communicate effectively with internal teams as needed
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
