Job Title:

Customer Service Ambassador

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, clients, and students. Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and maximize conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software, such as SAP or Salesforce, is also highly desirable.
