Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front-desk activities, and managing daily paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle front-desk activities, including greeting clients, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Manage daily paperwork, including printing documents as requested by management and production teams.
  • Confirm bookings and appointments throughout the week, ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
  • Perform stocktake on fabrics and other materials available in the showroom.
  • Process card payments from clients and write up receipts for cash payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and compile daily reports for management.
Customer Service & Aftercare:
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Utilise basic sales knowledge to engage with clients and provide information about our blinds and curtains range.
  • Assist clients in selecting products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the home decor or window coverings industry.
  • Basic knowledge of blinds, curtains, or similar products is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in handling payments, including card processing and cash transactions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate daily reports.
