About YouAs a champion of guest satisfaction, you possess a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of reliability. You bring a dash of charisma to the team, easily communicating and connecting with others to create a positive atmosphere.
You're a confident driver, holding an Australian Full driver's licence or probationary licence (P2) and have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide helpful information.
- Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
