Industry Insights Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead industry insights projects, driving business growth and informing strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to distill insights into actionable business strategies, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing market trends, and optimizing event performance and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement an industry insights strategy tailored to various sectors
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand sector-specific trends and preferences
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from event data and identify sector-specific trends
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate relevant functional campaigns based on industry insights
  • Partner with industry experts to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within each industry segment
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to event satisfaction, attendee engagement, exhibitor ROI, and client retention

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is highly regarded
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading industry insights initiatives within diverse industry sectors
  • Have expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques
  • Exhibit exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Have high-level communication skills for verbally and visually communicating insights to a variety of seniority levels
  • Possess skills in statistical and survey methodology, including advanced skills in quantitative analysis tools
