**Role Overview**:
Jumpstart your career with us as a Sales Consultant, where you'll dive into the exciting intersection of sales, design, and construction. This role is your gateway to becoming a Senior Design Consultant, offering more responsibility and the chance to drive our unique solutions home to our clients.

Ideal for the young, energetic soul, this position promises a dynamic work environment far from the mundane. It's designed for designers or field professionals craving interaction, excitement, and rewarding sales commissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Assist in handling potential customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and detailed information about our outdoor solutions.
- **Design & Sales Consultations**: Support client meetings to understand their vision, help present tailored design ideas, and aid in the development of customised proposals.
- **Deal Closure**: Utilise your passion for sales to assist in negotiating and finalising deals, aiming for client satisfaction.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with subcontractors and our in-house construction team to ensure design specifications are met and projects are completed to our high standards.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Support seamless project execution by enhancing communication within our construction team from the design phase through to completion.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for sales and a hunger for success?
- Tertiary degree in Architecture, or Interior /Landscaping Design preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, design, and construction.
- Exceptional communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese seen as advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the building sector.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organisational skills.
