**About our client**:
Mane Consulting are partnered with a leading government organisation which boasts a diverse client base in the health and medical space. They are one of the biggest employers in NSW with offices in Chatswood, Sydney.

**About the role**:
Our client works with business cohorts to deliver agile training programmes and ongoing coaching services. You will be involved in working closely with these businesses to better understand their existing agile processes and deliver a tailored coaching programme which will help to transform their business processes.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple business streams in delivering medium-long term agile improvement and implementation strategies.

**Requirements for the Agile Coach - Government Consultancy role**:

- Previous experience as an Agile Coach, delivering agile training and best practices
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Exposure to government or non-profit organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management experience at end-user, management and executive level
- Experience in delivering pre-constructed agile coaching programmes within a large organisation
