You will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer insights strategy that drives business growth and improves decision-making.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze industry trends, optimize event performance, and elevate relevant functional campaigns based on customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer insights strategy tailored to the diverse industries we serve.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand industry-specific trends and preferences.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within each industry segment.
- Collaborate with Exhibition Directors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within each industry segment.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to event satisfaction, attendee engagement, exhibitor ROI, and client retention.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is not mandatory but highly considered.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading customer insights initiatives within diverse industry sectors.
- Have expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to navigate business priorities to identify corresponding research areas.
