Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and optimize budgets for performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify the most effective marketing tactics.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through digital marketing efforts.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign analysis and optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with market-leading martech platforms and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
