Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute digital strategies across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Key Responsibilities- Develop initiatives to drive a seamless experience across our website, app, delivery partners, and stores.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, both internal and external.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including pay-per-click (PPC), SEO, display advertising, paid social advertising, and managing agency relationships.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in return on investment (ROI) and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and optimize budgets for performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives, using relevant theories on attribution modeling.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify the most effective marketing tactics.
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience with SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Campaign analytical skills across Google Analytics.
- Competition analysis and campaign troubleshooting abilities.
- A working knowledge of PPC strategies.
- Prior experience managing client relationships and accounts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building and executing complex journeys that encompass multiple channels and varying levels of personalization (experience with liquid is a bonus).
- Ability to identify critical customer episodes and journeys and define target state customer communications to eliminate pain points.
- Solid training and hands-on experience with market-leading martech platforms.
