About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist Lead to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG). As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand voice.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional content quality and consistency.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content and improve engagement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other departments to create integrated marketing campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership and Expertise: Demonstrated success as a content strategist or copywriter leader with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strategic Content Mastery: Deep understanding of brand identity, content strategy development, and the ability to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, extract insights, and make data-informed decisions to optimize content.
  • Team Management and Collaboration: Experience leading and mentoring content teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong knowledge of content management systems, SEO, analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices.
