Job Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering technical and business presentations to varied audiences.

Our team is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer who can play a crucial role in shaping our product and guiding customers through advanced data protection and cyber threat recovery strategies.

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Manage and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure successful technical closure.
  • Maintain Salesforce cadence with meticulous documentation.
  • Support sales teams to secure new clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise on data protection through independent consultation with our customers.
  • Work closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback and insights.
  • Offer pre-sales support to customers evaluating our backup solution.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365, including Exchange, OneDrive, Groups, Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry-recognized certifications are a plus.
