Short Description
An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual seeking a Technical Customer Service career within a successful and rapidly expanding business in the Agricultural market.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service to customers
Assist with phone sales inquiries, follow up with quotes, pricing, and product inquiries
Support and attend customer base providing product & technical support
Perform repair work on agricultural driveline products
Support field day events

Requirements

Experience in the Agricultural sector is advantageous
Ability to lead sales growth
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience in retail/trade environment
Good communication and rapport-building skills
Computer literacy; experience with Pronto is a plus
