The Country Road Group is embarking on a transformative journey to position itself for growth, leveraging its scale, capabilities, and culture as a House of Brands.

We have exciting opportunities available in the digital marketing space across Country Road, Witchery, and Politix.

This role supports the central Digital Marketing and Loyalty teams in developing and executing the brand's digital marketing strategy, aligning with broader marketing objectives. As the primary liaison, this expert ensures the brand's digital needs are met across all channels, driving results in paid, owned, and earned media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with the Head of Marketing to coordinate the overall marketing strategy.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team in Customer and Digital to develop and execute the digital marketing strategy.
  • Serve as the point person within the brand team to ensure smooth execution of all digital marketing activities across channels.
  • Provide regular performance updates and meetings with C&D Digital Marketing team.
  • Support the central Loyalty and Insights teams to develop and execute new CRM strategies and loyalty campaigns.
  • Work with internal and external teams to plan and produce all imagery required for navigational, inspirational, and campaign purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and trends, with strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret results, and make informed recommendations.
