Overview: We are seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end general insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer issues. You will work closely with various stakeholders, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end general insurance claims, including investigation, assessment, and resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless claim processing and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in managing end-to-end general insurance claims - either Motor, Home or Landlord.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong and positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
