Insurance Claims Professional

Chubb is a leading insurance company with operations in 54 countries and territories. As an Insurance Claims Professional, you will be part of a team that handles complex commercial claims.
**Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced professional to produce high-quality work products on large and complex commercial claims. The primary purpose of this role is to investigate, reserve, and adjust claims incurred by insureds.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as Chubb Representative whilst visiting customers to gather information necessary as part of the claim process
- Make informed evaluations of damage and quantum
- Follow Chubb's Best Practice Guidelines and Claim Handling Instructions
- Build strong relationships with Brokers to promote confidence and trust in Chubb's claims service
- Liaise and build strong relationships with service providers i.e. builders and restoration companies
- Clearly identify potential fraud and subrogation issues
- Ability to handle complex technical property claims
- Engage with strategic stakeholders to ensure a smooth claim process
- Effectively manage and control volume of work & diary
- Identify and report internally on claims that are of significance to the business, including large loss reporting requirements
- All claims to be handled from cradle to grave
