Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and oversee the entire claims process, delivering exceptional service and negotiating favorable outcomes for insurer clients.
- Collaborate with clients, repairers, assessors and other external stakeholders to maintain excellent working relationships and protect client interests.
- Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims for internal review and investigation.
- Ideal 1–2 years of experience in insurance, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working to deadlines and within SLA timeframes, with broad knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processes.
