Customer Experience Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Engineer to join our team in Richmond. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional end-user support services to our clients in Australia and the surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft technologies across our clients' end-user portfolios, ensuring seamless system performance.
  • Configure and deploy new devices, onboard and offboard new users, and manage user account administration and IT infrastructure lifecycle.
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and requests, prioritizing competing priorities and ensuring accurate and comprehensive notes are captured.
  • Liaise with users, suppliers, software/hardware vendors, and escalate unresolved problems or requests to relevant teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support roles.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ITIL processes is an advantage.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with a conscientious approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with device maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of Office 365 and/or SCCM.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
