Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Engineer to join our team in Richmond. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional end-user support services to our valued customers in Australia and the surrounding region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft technologies across our customers' end-user portfolios, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Build and configure new devices, onboard and offboard new users, manage user account administration, and oversee the full IT infrastructure lifecycle.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing competing priorities between inbound requests and the ITSM queue.
- Liaise with users, suppliers, software/hardware vendors, and escalate unresolved problems or requests to relevant teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support roles, with expertise in JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Exposure to ITIL processes is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize a demanding workload with a conscientious approach to time management.
- Team-spirited attitude with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to ITSM/JIRA or Service Now, hands-on device maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and/or SCCM is a plus.
