Customer Experience Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Engineer to join our team in Richmond. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional end-user support services to our valued customers in Australia and the surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft technologies across our customers' end-user portfolios, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including user account administration and device management.
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and requests, prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities.
  • Liaise with users, suppliers, and vendors to resolve issues and escalate problems to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and ServiceNow, with experience in ITIL processes an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
