Product Ownership Chapter Lead

This role presents a unique opportunity to drive organizational growth by spearheading the Product Owner Chapter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and evolving the chapter, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and agility principles.

A strong leader with excellent people management skills is required to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among Product Owners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and lead the Product Owner Chapter to ensure strategic alignment and maturity in product ownership practices.
  • Establish and evolve the chapter, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement tools, frameworks, and standards that support mastery in product ownership.
  • Capability Uplift:
  • Design and execute a comprehensive Product Owner Capability Framework to measure capability maturity and identify areas for uplift.
  • Lead an enterprise-wide Product Owner Capability Uplift Program, providing coaching, mentoring, and structured development pathways.
  • Identify skill gaps and develop strategies to close them through training, peer learning, and external benchmarking.
  • Collaborate and Influence:
  • Foster a strong sense of community and collaboration among Product Owners.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to strengthen product ownership capability.
