We're seeking a seasoned Product and Process Specialist to spearhead the lifecycle management of our existing products. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from enhancements and fixes to updates, ensuring alignment with customer needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and analyse product performance metrics, including financial data, cost-to-serve, and customer feedback, to inform improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, Risk, and Finance, to address gaps, streamline processes, and ensure products remain fit-for-purpose.
  • Own product-related documentation, roadmaps, and reporting to maintain clarity and visibility.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and embedding Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Serve as a central point of accountability for product and process ownership, ensuring clear responsibility, operational readiness, and effective handoffs throughout the customer journey.
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory adherence, maintaining stable, well-governed, and commercially viable products.
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, leveraging customer and product data to drive meaningful change.
