Job Description
Achieve excellence as a Product Designer, spearheading product strategy and championing user needs in a dynamic startup environment.

The role involves leading product discovery and design processes to drive solution delivery and product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product vision and strategic direction. Manage end-to-end design processes from user research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve complex user problems.
  • Contribute to and improve the master design system by establishing new patterns and improving consistency.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to gather insights for informed design decisions.
  • Communicate design specifications, interaction flows, and recommendations clearly across all stakeholder levels.
  • Enhance usability across product verticals that have been previously under-serviced.
  • Take ownership of specific product areas and user journeys, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
4+ years experience in UX or Product Design roles.

Essential Skills:
Experience in user research and product discovery activities including user interviews, survey design, usability testing, product metric analysis, and comparative reviews.
Experience in solution design activities including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
Experience working in startup or consulting environments with fast-paced, iterative workflows.
Ability to think tactically and strategically about design problems and business needs.
Strong problem decomposition skills and ability to identify unknowns in complex projects.
Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and ability to defend design decisions using user data.
