Product Owner Leadership Role

Job Description:

As a senior leader in product ownership, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of product ownership across the enterprise. You will develop frameworks and capability for a talented team of product owners.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your advanced influencing skills to drive innovation and ensure delivery excellence across the enterprise. You will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen product ownership capability and foster a strong sense of community among product owners.

Key responsibilities include establishing and evolving the product owner chapter, designing and implementing the product ownership framework and capability uplift program, and providing virtual leadership to product owners across the enterprise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional ability to build, influence, and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a product owner or similar with deep expertise in product ownership practices.
  • Certified training in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM), or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to align product outcomes with strategic business goals.
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience, including leading cross-functional or virtual teams in Agile environments.
