Our goal goes beyond vehicle ownership; we're also accelerating the transition to green mobility. We're reducing the transportation sector's carbon footprint by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.

About the role

This Sales Consultant will represent our vehicle subscription services in retail hubs. They'll play a key role in driving customer growth. The ideal candidate will combine product knowledge, customer-centric communication, and consultative selling to match customers with the right solution – helping them succeed as rideshare drivers while contributing to our mission of making vehicle ownership more accessible and flexible.

This role suits motivated and engaging individuals who thrive in retail environments and are passionate about helping others succeed.


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain thorough understanding of all vehicle subscription packages and related products.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and updates to ensure accurate representation to customers.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that fit their requirements.
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
  • Ensure displays, marketing materials, and digital tools are up-to-date and engaging.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities.
  • Adhere to all policies and regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions.
What you'll bring:
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High school diploma required; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Possession of a full unrestricted driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable commuting daily to our retail hub.
  • Able to work weekends as required.
