Key Responsibilities:- Customer Focus. Develop in-depth customer understanding through direct interactions and become the voice of the customer in all discussions.
- Roadmap Ownership. Collaborate with leadership to define vision and strategy, then drive execution and think strategically about customer needs, business opportunities, and technical challenges.
- Strategic Planning. Balance lofty goals with practical implementation and build a compelling vision for your product area while sweating details to push products forward.
- Collaboration. Work closely with design and engineering team members, ensuring everyone is part of the product discovery journey and supporting daily decisions for efficient product growth.
- Pragmatism. Make tough tradeoffs balancing various inputs including analytics, qualitative research, and customer feedback to keep moving forward.
- Accountability. Ensure world-class product experiences by raising the bar and coaching your team on its importance.
- Strong Product Management Experience. At least 7 years of owning product roadmaps and executing against them in B2B organizations, with experience in shipping new features, learning from customer feedback, and iterating on strategies.
- Experience Working with Cross-Functional Teams. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers, making tough priority tradeoffs, and helping set product strategy.
- Clear Communication. Distill big ideas into concise talking points, bringing the voice of the customer to entire teams, and getting buy-in on ideas and strategies.
- Domain Expertise (Optional). Bonus points for hands-on experience in fast-scaling startups or domain expertise in user research, product feedback, or analysis software.
