As a key member of the finance team, you will focus on in-depth data analysis and reporting. You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team and wider business divisions to drive business decisions and strategies for sustainable growth.

Your key responsibilities will include extracting finance data from systems, updating monthly dashboards, creating data visuals using software tools, and providing insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance and trend analysis.

You will also assist with the analysis of key drivers of performance, work with various stakeholder groups, and support the optimisation of business decisions and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a relevant field. A CA/CPA qualification is not required but you may have commenced or completed it.

You will ideally have 2-4 years' experience working in a finance function, with expertise in data analysis and Excel-based modelling. Experience working with large datasets/databases and knowledge of building dashboards using Access, SQL, Python, or similar will be advantageous.

A very strong communication skillset and a willingness to show initiative are essential for contributing to a changing, high-performing team environment.

This role offers a competitive salary range of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position provides a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to balance office and remote work. You will be based in the north/east suburbs of Melbourne or Sydney.
