Transaction Advisory Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Due Diligence team, you will be responsible for participating in engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.

Your expertise will be invaluable in project managing information flows and managing key stakeholders. You'll also identify business development opportunities and assist senior colleagues on proposals and new business opportunities.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics is essential, as is membership of a professional accounting body such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders.
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
