We are seeking an experienced Software Advisory Services Expert to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our network of experts to lead presales engagement and shape advisory services that drive value and innovation for clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in software asset management, cloud cost management, IT lifecycle management, and vendor licensing programs. A strong understanding of software compliance and optimization strategies, ITIL SAM practices, and ISO standards is also required.
- Understand customer needs and design tailored software advisory services that align with business goals.
- Lead presales engagements, contributing to tenders, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans in conjunction with account managers to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build trusted relationships with key vendor partners like Flexera, ServiceNow, and Microsoft.
- Contribute towards the development and enhancement of repeatable packaged/managed services offerings.
- Track market trends and emerging ITAM/FinOp technologies to continually evolve our service offerings.
- Create and maintain accurate forecasts and documentation for strategic planning.
