We're seeking an accomplished professional to fill a senior leadership role in our Transaction Advisory Services team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality financial due diligence services to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Buy-side and sell-side due diligence on M&A transactions, IPO assignments, and other advisory projects
  • Planning of assignments, including identifying engagement risk and determining the appropriate strategy
  • Review and interpretation of financial statements and data
  • Preparation of detailed financial analysis and due diligence reports
  • Participation in Q&A sessions with target businesses and their advisors
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in accounting environments, transaction due diligence, and preparation of financial statements
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, coupled with commercial awareness and professional judgment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Qualifications and/or accreditation in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
