Transaction Advisory Services Role

Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant in our Transaction Advisory Services team, you will play a key role in delivering expert advice to clients across various industries and geographies. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and presenting key deliverables to clients, identifying key client risks and mitigating these ahead of time, analysing and evaluating a company's financials, managing engagement teams, and leading by our values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic recommendations for clients based on thorough analysis and research
  • Lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues for clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in transaction advisory services or a related field
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
