Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Professional

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients on complex corporate transactions.

  • M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and/or FIRB experience is necessary.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong drafting skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets, and/or FIRB. The selected individual will be responsible for working with our clients on significant strategic and highly complex corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge and exposure to M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets, and/or FIRB is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
