Senior Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Sydney-based Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting all phases of financial due diligence on M&A transactions and Investigating Accountant engagements on stock exchange listings across various industries.

The role involves planning assignments, identifying engagement risk, and determining the appropriate strategy in conjunction with Managers and Partners. The candidate will also review and interpret financial statements and other financial data, prepare and review detailed financial analysis, and draft comprehensive due diligence reports.

Requirements:
