**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive change management plans that address organizational, process, and cultural changes.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer guidance on change management best practices, tools, and methodologies to support business decision-making.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and deliver communication plans that engage stakeholders, promote change awareness, and build support for organizational transformations.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks: Familiarity with industry-leading change management frameworks, models, and methodologies.
  • Tertiary Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
