About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our team at WorkSafe Victoria. As a key member of our Strategic Delivery and Enterprise Delivery division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management plans.


Your key accountabilities will include:


Key Accountabilities:



  • Contribute to and lead the delivery of change programs across the wider business while monitoring and managing their impact and adoption
  • Lead Change Impact Assessments with a range of stakeholders to inform the development of change strategies and planning
  • Develop and implement effective change plans into business units, while contributing to wider initiatives at WorkSafe Victoria
  • Partner with training and communication teams to identify opportunities for growth to ensure business change readiness
  • Monitor stakeholder engagement and analyse receptiveness to change

What We Are Looking For


We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager who enjoys delivering high-level support to large teams. Your excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills will enable you to quickly build rapport with others. Additionally, you will possess:


Essential Qualifications and Skills:



  • Experience within a large and complex organisation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Technical experience in change, across technology implementation, legislative or business optimization style change
  • Experience managing and collaborating with internal stakeholders to a high standard
  • Experience managing competing priorities and reaching deadlines
