About the Role



This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join the WorkSafe Victoria team, leading the delivery of change initiatives and developing effective change plans to drive business outcomes.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead the development and implementation of change management plans, ensuring successful organisational transformation and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess change impacts, developing strategies to mitigate risks and maximise benefits.
  • Design and deliver training programs, communications plans, and other change activities to support business readiness and adoption.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Monitor stakeholder engagement and analyse receptiveness to change, providing insights to inform future change initiatives.


About You



We are looking for an experienced change professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and driving business success. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.



Requirements




  • Proven experience in change management, with a strong track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
  • Excellent knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, with the ability to apply them in a complex business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
