About the Role

The eHealth Change and Training Analyst is a crucial role within Eastern Health, responsible for managing change initiatives and developing training programs related to electronic medical records.

This position ensures that changes to eHealth applications and processes are effectively implemented, communicated, and adopted by end-users.

The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, create educational materials, and facilitate training sessions to support the successful adoption of solutions.

This role will play a pivotal part in project initiatives, particularly in rolling out EMR to paper-based areas, ensuring smooth integration and effective adoption by transitioning departments.

About You

  • Experience in change management, training, and/or business analysis in a healthcare setting
  • A sound understanding of, and experience with, change processes and workflows at various stages of the implementation of a major transformational project
  • Experience in the implementation of a clinical or health department information system
  • Experience in benefit realisation modelling, monitoring, and delivery of benefits
  • Experience in developing and delivering communication plans, including marketing, branding, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in developing training plans and delivering training
  • Facilitation skills in a stakeholder group setting at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
