Property Paralegal Opportunity in Sydney

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our highly regarded Property practice group in Sydney. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Partners on various property matters.

  • Prepare and draft contracts for sale, attending to exchange of contracts and settlement as well as post-exchange matters.
  • Liaise with incoming and outgoing mortgagees, completing lease transactions, conducting settlements, and preparing settlement figures and documents.
  • Utilize PEXA efficiently and independently, liaising with banks, agents, and other stakeholders.

To be successful, you will have previous property paralegal experience within a legal environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle an active file load. A willingness to work with new technologies is also desirable.
