Property Law Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Property Law Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This full-time permanent position is based in Australia, preferably in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date content for our Practical Guidance product.
  • Monitor legal developments and changes in current practice.
  • Support Senior Legal Writers with managing author relationships and reviewing content for accuracy.
  • Provide support to Relationship Managers to build brand awareness and influence market share.
  • Participate in in-market activities such as masterclasses, webinars and customer feedback sessions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years PQE as an Australian qualified lawyer.
  • Recent experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm, in-house counsel or Government role.
  • A background in transactional and advisory work in property law.
  • Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills.
  • Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
