Property Law Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law student to assist in various aspects of property law.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and reviewing property-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence;
  • Supporting senior paralegals and solicitors with administrative tasks related to property transactions;
  • Assisting with the preparation of settlement statements and other relevant documents through PEXA;
  • Providing general office support, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.

This role is ideal for a law student looking to gain hands-on experience in property law. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
