Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Lawyer to join our team in Sydney.

This role offers the opportunity to provide legal services and advice on a wide range of property matters for our retail and hotel portfolio across Australia.

  • Negotiating and documenting leases, renewals, sales, and acquisitions.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance on landlord disputes and related matters.
  • Supporting the company to obtain planning permits for opportunities within the property portfolio.

You will work closely with other property lawyers and stakeholders to achieve key objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current practising certificate and Bachelor of Laws with 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in property law with a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal team in commercial and retail leasing and property development across Australia.
  • Filing management and updating matter management systems.
  • Managing approvals and document execution.
  • High levels of resilience and ability to manage priorities within tight timeframes.
  • Good commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Constructive and strong interpersonal skills.
