Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to provide timely advice and recommendations in response to their concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex workplace issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide practical recommendations to clients.
  • Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Formal qualifications in HR/IR or Law are highly regarded.
  • Full working rights.
