**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a professional to provide support and guidance to apprentices & trainees, assisting with the completion of their training as well as improve the retention and completion rates.

The role involves visiting host employers and apprentices/trainees, building and managing a caseload, establishing networks with key industry groups, local businesses, state and local government organisations, schools, job networks and RTO providers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and manage a caseload of apprentices and trainees
  • Establish networks with key industry groups, local businesses, state and local government organisations, schools, job networks and RTO providers
  • Contribute to the establishment of procedures, processes and activities that ensure the efficient operation of field services
  • Complete all documentation relating to host business vacancies, requesting quotes, contracts etc
  • Performance Management of apprentices and trainees

About You:

You will be integral in growing the apprentice and trainees caseload in Brisbane North and be flexible in traveling between the Southern Sunshine Coast and Brisbane North area.

You will also have proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and bring confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Coming from an Employment Services, Labour Hire, Human Resources, Trade, Sales or similar environment would be preferable but not essential.

Additional Requirements:

  • Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with permanent work rights
