**About the role**

We are seeking Property Consultants to work within our Telecommunications team based in Heatherton.

As a Planning Consultant, you will deliver town planning functions associated with the acquisition of new and existing telecommunications facilities, as part of the Site Acquisition, Environment and Design (SAED) program delivery for our clients.

We are open to Graduate and Junior Planners within our Telecommunications team and are able to offer a flexible work environment with a strong practical training from some of the leaders in the industry.

Other duties include but not limited to:

- Prepare and manage development Applications for telecommunication installations
- Provide informed planning advice and consult with clients and their representatives
- Conduct Environmental Desktop Assessments and Constraints Analysis
- Prepare and attend site scoping visits, Council meetings and/or objector meetings
- Manage the Statutory and Environmental Town Planning process for multiple sites to the agreed project schedule

**About you**

Ideally you will have qualifications in Urban Planning, Property Development or similar accompanied with the following:

- 1+ years' experience working in a Planning role is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills working with internal and external key partners
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Keen attitude to work and learn in a thriving industry
